One local team designs it, builds it, wires up the payments and launches it. No agency handing your project to a subcontractor you never meet, and no monthly fee for a template someone else owns.
Three views of the same build: the page on a desktop, the same page on a phone, and the structure underneath that decides what can rank.
Most small businesses in Orlando do not need a bigger website. They need one that loads fast on a phone, says what the business does in the first screen, and makes it obvious how to get in touch. Almost everything else on a typical agency proposal is decoration billed at an hourly rate.
Citrustack is a web development studio in Orlando, FL. We write the HTML, CSS and JavaScript ourselves rather than assembling a theme and hoping it holds. That is not craftsmanship for its own sake — it has three consequences you can measure. The pages stay fast, because there is no framework weight you did not ask for. The markup stays clean, so search engines can read it without guessing. And when you need a change six months from now, there is a real developer who knows your codebase, not a support queue.
Service businesses — law firms, trades, clinics, professional services — usually want six to eight pages: home, an overview of services, a page per main service, about, and a contact page that actually converts. The service pages are where the work happens; a single "Services" page listing nine things cannot rank for any of them.
Product businesses want a store, which is a different build with a different price — see site with CRM and payments. Non-profits and community organisations want something they can update themselves without calling a developer every week. Festival and event organisers want ticketing or ordering built in rather than bolted on afterwards, because the bolt-on is what fails on the day.
We have shipped all four. The Saint Nina Orthodox parish site in Orlando is a community site. Churchembroidery.net is a full-stack store with its own CRM. The Georgian Food and Culture Fest site sells tickets online, and the Slavic Food Festival site takes food orders. They are on the work index, and they are the reason we can describe these shapes rather than theorise about them.
Every site ships with the search foundations already in place: one clear H1 per page, titles and descriptions written to earn a click rather than to fill a field, a canonical URL, an XML sitemap, real alt text, and LocalBusiness structured data so Google can connect the site to your business in Orlando rather than infer it. None of that is an upsell. It is what "finished" means.
If you want to go further than foundations — competing for a query someone else already owns — that is our SEO service, and for map-pack visibility specifically, local SEO. We will tell you which of the two your business actually needs, and it is usually not the expensive one.
Core Web Vitals — largest contentful paint, cumulative layout shift and interaction to next paint — are part of how Google assesses page experience, and they are the part most template sites quietly fail. The causes are boringly consistent: a render-blocking font request to a third party, images with no dimensions so the layout jumps, and a megabyte of JavaScript to animate something nobody asked for.
We self-host fonts so there is no third-party request in the critical path, size every image, reserve layout space so nothing shifts while the page loads, and ship as little script as the page can work with. This very site is the demonstration: no build step, no framework, no runtime dependency.
Tick what the project needs. The answer points at a starting price already published on this page — it never invents a number, and the real quote still comes from a conversation.
Landing page
from $900
One focused page, built to launch fast and capture leads. The cheapest way to test whether a market answers before committing to a full site.
Business website
from $2,500
Six to eight pages, content you can edit, and the SEO foundations in place from day one. The right starting point for most service businesses.
Online store
from $4,500
Catalog, cart and secure card payments, with inventory and order tools you can run yourself.
Custom portal & CRM
from $12,000
A login, roles, and a back office built around your workflow rather than around a generic dashboard.
Everything below is part of the project, not an upsell once you have committed.
We map the pages, the journeys, and the one action each page has to drive.
Layouts built around the enquiry, not around decoration or a stock template.
Semantic HTML and CSS, fast by construction — no page-builder bloat.
Responsive to small phones, keyboard-navigable, real alt text, visible focus.
Titles, meta, headings, canonical, sitemap and LocalBusiness schema.
Card payments and lead forms integrated in house and tested before launch.
So you can see which page produced the enquiry, not just that traffic arrived.
DNS, hosting, a walkthrough, and the credentials — the site is yours.
Five steps, and we do the technical work at every one. It is the same process on a $900 landing page and a $12,000 portal; only the depth changes.
Consultation. We learn what the business does, who it sells to, and what a good month looks like. Most of this conversation is about the offer rather than the website, because a beautiful page for an unclear offer converts nobody. You leave with an approach and a number.
Design. We draw the pages around the action each one has to drive. You see the real layout with real content, not a stock template with your logo dropped into it. Revisions happen here, where they are cheap, rather than during development, where they are not.
Development. The build itself, with payments wired in and every page tested on real devices. We keep the stack deliberately conventional — the next developer, whether that is us or someone else, should be able to read it without a tour.
Launch. DNS, hosting, certificates, redirects from any old URLs, and a pass over the whole site before it goes live. Redirects are worth naming: dropping them is the single most common way a redesign loses the traffic the old site had earned.
Support and maintenance. Optional, from $99/mo — updates, backups, monitoring and small changes. If you would rather run it yourself, we hand it over and you are free. We do not hold sites hostage, and there is no platform fee flowing back to us after launch.
A studio that only ever agrees is a studio selling you scope. If a landing page would answer your question for $900, we will say so rather than quote the $2,500 site. If your constraint is that nobody knows you exist, a redesign will not fix it and we will point at local SEO instead. If an off-the-shelf tool genuinely fits your process, buying it beats building it, and we will say that too.
You own the code, the content, the domain and the hosting account. There is no licence that expires, no proprietary builder you cannot leave, and no monthly rent for the site existing. The only recurring cost we offer is the care plan, and it is optional.
Real client work, not stock. Screenshots of the live sites — a community organisation and a service business taking orders online.
Starting points, not final quotes. Every project includes design, development, payment integration and launch.
